The division will concentrate primarily on Board level appointments, although we will undertake assignments that are not "board level", if they are of a salary range of £75,000 and above.

All assignments will be worked on an exclusive retained basis only (as a display of confidence in our expertise we will operate a refundable retainer policy).

Initially an MFC HR Professional will visit your premises to take a full specification on the assignment. Also we will conduct a detailed recruitment report, including information on your Culture, Values, Cross-Functional Analysis and a Preferred Applicant Profile. From this report our team can intelligently begin sourcing suitable applicants for shortlist from both their extensive network, as well as utilising traditional search methodologies.
